At this year's Grand Charity Auction, we are delighted to uphold a valued tradition for the third year running, celebrating exceptional entrepreneurs who have dedicated themselves to aiding those in need.

The "Top Charity 2024" awards will be bestowed upon the winners. A panel will determine three of these awards, while the fourth will be decided by a public online vote.

The "Internet Users' Award" will be unveiled and presented on June 7, 2024, during the Change Maker 2024 event, held at the Orangery of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanow. The awards from our jury will follow on June 8, 2024, at the main event of the Grand Charity Auction Top Charity 2024.

We are also thrilled to reveal that the awards this year are sculptures created by Nikola Vudrag, a celebrated Croatian artist.

His artwork previously achieved a record auction price of 3,200,000 PLN during our last event.

Piotr Bucki

Co-founder of j-labs, a Krakow company specializing in outsourcing IT services. Creator of the popular podcast "Business in IT". Actively involved in various charity activities. In cooperation with the Omenaa Foundation, he financed computer classes at Kids Haven School in Ghana and in Polish orphanages in Olkusz and Suwałki. Patron of the company's "Help & sponsor with j-labs" program, under which every employee can apply for help for a charity that is close to her/his heart. Support was received, among others, by: children from the Music School in Rożnów, firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Department from Żelisławice, children from the Special School Complex No. 14 in Krakow and Code Wizards organizing an IT conference for the youngest. Piotr Bucki sets new standards in the area of​​CSR in the IT industry, permanently inscribing philanthropic activities in the DNA of his organization and passing on philanthropic patterns to his colleagues.

Beata Cygan-Przygońska

Beata Cygan-Przygońska

serves as the President of the Board of Cygan Group, Poland's largest Toyota dealership. She is deeply committed to social issues, a dedication reflected in the group's mission which emphasises that commercial success should accompany social responsibility. Her philanthropic efforts include supporting Ukrainian refugees and spearheading educational projects in Africa, notably the construction of schools in Congo and Rwanda.ałki. The Buckis actively participate in charitable projects that support children in Africa and join their employees annually in the Noble Box campaign.

César Lipka

César Lipka

Chairman of the Supervisory Board and CEO of CPF Poland at SuperDrob, initiated the Social Development Foundation Uskrzydlamy. This foundation is active in fostering the development and education of children and aiding those at risk of social exclusion. It organises local and cultural events, ecological initiatives, and supports both family-oriented activities and young athletes. It collaborates closely with local authorities and schools, and engages in comprehensive projects supporting Ukrainian refugees, while promoting general and employee volunteering within the SuperDrob Capital Group and CPF Poland.

Adam Maciejewski

Adam Maciejewski

is a Polish doctor, oncological surgeon, and professor of medical sciences affiliated with the Gliwice branch of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Cancer Center. In 2005, he became the first Pole to gain membership in the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery. In 2013, he led the team performing the first face transplant in Poland, which was also the first life-saving face transplant in the world and lasted 27 hours. In 2022, he conducted a series of complex facial reconstruction surgeries for Ukrainian Alina Tsoi, who was injured during a missile attack. This operation was recognized as the best in the world at the annual meeting of the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery in 2023, from among 300 submitted entries. He has been decorated with the Knight's Cross and the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for his significant contributions to the development of Polish medicine.

Valeriya Musina i Dariusz Miłek

the founder of CCC and his wife Valeriya, have been involved in philanthropy for many years, supporting the Omenaa Foundation among other initiatives. Along with his wife, Miłek has provided support to orphanages and the Kids Heaven School in Ghana with products from CCC brands. He is a partner in the charity campaign "Become Who You Want to Be" by Omenaa Mensah's foundation, in collaboration with eobuwie. This initiative featured a limited collection of shoes for children and adults, decorated with drawings by the foundation’s beneficiaries, depicting their dream jobs. The proceeds from these sales have supported the education of children from Ukraine, Ghana, and Polish orphanages

Iwona Paszkiewicz

Iwona Paszkiewicz

is the owner of Lobo and President of the FollowMe Foundation. For more than two decades, she has been empowering women, helping them to realise their business potential and encouraging personal and professional growth. Her work has consistently shown that determination and action can turn dreams into reality. From the outset of her career, she has been actively involved in charitable work, including organising the Therapeutic Garden of Senses at the Special Educational Center in Huta, where she has also coordinated charity runs and other vital projects for many years.

Arkadiusz Sadowski

Arkadiusz Sadowski

is the founder of Miodziarze, the largest beekeeping enterprise in Poland. Since establishing the Sadowski Family Apiaries, he has committed to aiding those lacking opportunities for a secure and comfortable life. Throughout the pandemic, he provided honey to various institutions including the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Płock, the Military Medical Institute in Warsaw, and the Płock branch of Caritas. Over the years, he has donated products to initiatives such as the Package for the Insurgent and the Płock Hospice named after St. Urszula Ledóchowska, among others. Additionally, his foundation has focused on educating children and youth about healthy eating, lifestyle, and environmental stewardship, and he has extended support to Ukrainian soldiers and refugee families.

Jerzy Starak

Jerzy Starak

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Polpharma and founder of the Polpharma Scientific Foundation. For over two decades, he has dedicated tens of millions of zlotys to fostering science, education, health knowledge promotion, charitable actions, and cultural patronage. Since 2008, the Starak Family Foundation, also founded by him, has been instrumental in nurturing the talents of young artists and youths. It provides access to the latest achievements in science, technology, culture, and economics, and engages various youth communities in social and professional life. The foundation also champions health development and preventive care, actively promoting the availability of cultural collections and organising exhibitions. Through concerted efforts with collaborators, the foundation has successfully repatriated numerous art works vital to Polish cultural heritage.

Kamil Szymański

Kamil Szymański

serves as the President of the G2A Arena, the Exhibition and Congress Centre of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship in Rzeszow. He was the principal initiator and co- organiser of two editions of the international World for Ukraine Summit (W4UA Summit). This event facilitates connections between representatives of foundations, NGOs, government bodies, local authorities, and the business sector. Actively engaged in sourcing partners to support Ukraine, he has collaborated with entities including the Howard Buffett Foundation, Bridgeway Foundation, and Richard Branson, as well as institutional partners such as the Council of Europe, European Parliament, Ukrainian Ministry of Veterans, Ukrainian Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, the Consulate General of Ukraine in Lublin, the cities of Lviv and Rzeszow, Podkarpackie Voivodeship, and the Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics. Since the onset of the conflict, he has personally joined aid convoys to Ukraine, reaching some of the most perilous and conflict-stricken cities, including Bucha and Borodyanka.
