Ewa Chodakowska

Ewa Chodakowska is a trainer, businesswoman, and pioneer in the fitness industry in Poland. She dedicates a significant portion of her energy to charitable activities, supporting initiatives that help women. In 2020, she received the Special Award "Stars of Charity" for her overall social activities. She actively engages in the fight against violence towards women. She organized the #StopPrzemocy campaign and provided free legal assistance to victims. Together with the company Purella, she led the #ThinkPink campaign, supporting women fighting breast cancer and donating a total of 150,000 PLN to the OnkoCafe Foundation over three years. Through the Mission Swim brand, she supported the Specialist Support Center for Victims of Violence with over 200,000 PLN and "Dom Sowa," which received around 200,000 PLN and an additional amount from Ewa's private honorarium. During the pandemic, she delivered 40,000 healthy meals to those in need, seniors, and medical staff, involving the companies she collaborates with. She regularly supports initiatives such as the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), the One Day Foundation, and the Noble Package. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, she has started collecting donations and funds to help refugees and those remaining in the country. Together with her community, she collected 20 tons of necessary products, which were delivered to, among others, the hometown of a team member – Mykolaiv. Together with Purella Superfoods and beBIO, she delivered a total of 26,000 food and cosmetic products. She also organized the "Women's Week," the proceeds of which were allocated to support women from Ukraine through the Polish Center for International Aid. Thanks to her, the Omenaa Foundation organizes its most valuable event – a week of transformation in the Maldives. The funds from this event support, among other things, the construction of a sports and arts center for children in Ghana.

Magdalena Ciszewska

Founder and president of Embrace – a foundation by women for women, which supports individuals of all ages in difficult life moments, with a particular emphasis on their professional activation, development, and self-esteem. She works from the ground up – caring for the mental health of parents is crucial for shaping attitudes, ways of thinking, and forming the child's personality. Within the Embrace foundation, she supports areas such as women's professional activation, psychological and therapeutic support, and legal assistance. She is the co-creator of the first Free Online Mental Health Clinic in Poland – providing real support regardless of place of residence or social status. She is educated as a physiotherapist and cosmetologist. In the past, she was the co-owner of a service-event company and a restaurant. Privately, she is a mother of two wonderful children. She is a lover of intense physical exercise, wall climbing, and horror movies. Her profession as a physiotherapist and years of work in geriatric rehabilitation have proven to her that helping and supporting others, not only medically but also in difficult life situations, has always been close to her heart.

Marta Dejneka

President of the Nos Duo Family Foundation named after Fr. Canon Zdzisław Sobierajski, entrepreneur, leader, social activist – and above all, a woman for whom values, people, and relationships are the most important. On a daily basis, Marta manages a shopping mall, creates a spacious playground for children, fully adapted for people with disabilities. She also successfully runs a bowling alley with a restaurant, where she combines her passion for action with care for a meeting place for the local community. She is also the president of the Nos Duo Foundation – an organization driven by the heart, supporting sick people, those with disabilities, and entire families struggling with the hardships of everyday life. The foundation provides real help and gives hope where it is often lacking – locally, always with empathy. It also supports friendly foundations and institutions. She is a member of the Philanthropic Consortium Council. She is educated as an environmental protection engineer with a master's degree, and by passion – she builds bridges between people. She believes that true strength lies in good relationships and joint action. Supported by her loving husband, she proudly calls herself a full-time mom. She raises two sons – Staszek and Janek. She is constantly involved in the life of the local and school community. She is known for her energy, honesty, and loyalty, and the people she works with emphasize her exceptional empathy and ability to connect people. The values that are the foundation of her daily life are: love, freedom, dedication, honesty, and closeness. Time spent with family and friends is her greatest treasure. And helping others – her greatest motivation to act.

Piotr Góralczyk

Piotr Góralczyk is the president of several companies within the RISER Group and a board member of XENAKIS Development. He has been active in the construction industry for 17 years, guided by the principle that the most important element of a company is its people. He actively engages in social and philanthropic projects. As the General Contractor of the "Entrepreneurs for Flood Victims" project, he was responsible for building an estate of 28 houses for families affected by the flood in Stronie Śląskie. The RISER Group waived its profit, financing the production of house structures using innovative Woodcore technology. Currently, he supports the construction of a house for a family from Głubczyce, carrying out the investment at cost. He is a sponsor of local sports clubs. For years, he has been involved in the activities of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), both financially and organizationally. During the pandemic, he organized aid for hospitals in Jaworzno and Gliwice. Every year, he participates in the "Noble Package" and "Firefighter's Package" campaigns. He also supports the Volunteer Fire Department in Jaworzno, financing the purchase of rescue and firefighting equipment. He helps in the development of the Community Self-Help Center in Jaworzno, financing renovations and modernization of facilities. His support also extends to the community center in Jaworzno and the SP ZOZ Nursing and Care Facility.
